A proposed operations assistant that helps a person investigate. It would connect observed events to approved runbooks, explain what is known and make the next checks easier to choose.

Assemble the evidence

Use narrowly scoped, read-only telemetry. Summaries should link to the relevant log entries, event windows and runbook sections, with secrets removed before processing.

Keep the operator in charge

The pilot would suggest checks, not execute shell commands, change node settings or move funds. Operators verify the evidence and authorize any subsequent action.

Evaluate on incidents

Replay representative incidents to assess usefulness, missing context and false conclusions. A later commercial model could be scoped by node or team; this is not yet a live SaaS subscription.
